Glyphr QR ("the app", "we", "our") is a QR code and barcode scanner and generator application. This Privacy Policy explains how the app handles your information.

Data We Collect

We do not collect any personal data. Glyphr QR has:

• No user accounts or sign-in
• No cloud storage or sync
• No analytics or usage tracking
• No advertising SDKs
• No servers that the app communicates with

All scan history, favorites, notes, generated codes, and settings are stored locally on your device using on-device storage. This information never leaves your phone or tablet unless you personally choose to export or share it (for example, by tapping the "Share" button to send a scan result to another app).

Data Storage & Deletion

All history and generated content is stored locally in the app's private storage on your device. You can delete this data at any time from within the app via Settings → Clear All History. Uninstalling the app also permanently removes all locally stored data.

Third-Party Sharing

We do not share, sell, rent, or trade any information with third parties, because we do not collect any information in the first place. When you use the app's native "Share" feature to send a scan result or exported file to another app of your choice, that transfer is initiated by you and governed by the privacy policy of the receiving app.

Children's Privacy

Glyphr QR does not knowingly collect any information from anyone, including children under 13. Since the app collects no personal data at all, it does not pose the data-collection risks associated with online services that store user information.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in the app's features. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
